1. What we collect

• Account and order data: name, email, phone number, billing and payment details.
• Conversations with our tools: what you type or say to our conversational products and during live workshops, used only to run the experience you bought and, if you tap "Yes, I need help", for your safety, to pause your account and let our team cancel your subscription and refund what is due (see section 4 of our Terms). We keep a short record of the pause (its dates, the product it started in, and what you had bought, never your words). If you delete your data while your account is paused, we keep only what we need to cancel your subscription and refund you, until that is done. If a conversation with Soc (the coach in In Your Corner) was stopped for your safety, we keep a sealed, encrypted copy of it for up to 3 years, never read by our products, even after you delete your data. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
• Intake answers: the situation you describe when a personalized product is created for you. This can include personal reflections you choose to share - share only what you are comfortable sharing.
• Backstage account: the e-mail you sign in with, the one-time codes we send to it, and a cookie that keeps you signed in. Voice messages you record are turned into text to run your session.
• Concierge messages: the sentence you type into the on-site concierge, processed in the moment to point you to the right ritual.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interaction data via cookies.

2. How we use it

To generate and deliver your personalized products, process payments, provide support, send communications you have opted into, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Your intake answers are used to create your products - not to build advertising profiles.

3. AI processing

Personalized products and the concierge are powered by third-party AI infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf. Your intake answers and concierge messages are transmitted to these providers solely to generate your content, under their API data-handling terms, and are not used by us to train AI models.

4. Third-party processors

• GoHighLevel - CRM, checkout, forms, and email delivery
• Stripe - payment processing
• Vercel - website hosting
• Railway - hosting of Backstage, our web app, and its database
• AI infrastructure providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, fal) - content generation, voice-to-text, the voice of The CUT, and pictures. Lifetime members who bring their own keys send these requests on their own accounts with those providers.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict processing; to opt out of marketing at any time; and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Backstage you can download your data and delete everything from your Account, or say "Delete my data" in the chat. Or write to support@actoffscript.com - we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (required for the site to work), and analytics and marketing cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
